Policy Guidelines
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that have deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odors.
Exclusions: Sale, clearance, and custom-printed t-shirts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within New Zealand (including both North and South Islands). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
In-Store Pickup (Free)
Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our bakery in Waipukurau!
Pickup Location: The Baker Boy, 33 Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau, Hawke's Bay.
Processing Time: Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
What to Bring: Please bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) when collecting your items.
Order Processing & Tracking
Processing Time: Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
